Privacy policy

Scope and operator

This policy applies to randomaddressgenerator and is maintained by the site maintainer, who handles site operation and feedback. The site does not require an account or ask for a real name, government identifier, delivery address, or payment details. The contact page identifies the maintainer and shows feedback channel availability.

Generation requests and infrastructure

Generating records sends selected country, region, city, postal, and quantity filters to this site’s Cloudflare service. Infrastructure processes IP addresses, request times, browser request information, and security diagnostics to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. Do not enter personal information in search fields or URL parameters.

The application does not maintain customer profiles or store generated record bodies in an application database. Its rate limiter uses a SHA-256 identifier derived from the visitor IP and an hourly counter; counter records are cleared about one minute after the hour ends. Hosting infrastructure may retain request logs according to its security, operational needs, and configuration.

Information on your device

Saved addresses, notes, and theme preferences use your browser’s localStorage, without account-based cloud synchronization. They remain until you delete them or clear site data. Another device, browser, or private window does not automatically receive your bookmarks.

Switching languages sets a language-preference cookie for up to one year to remember your interface language. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and you can delete it in browser settings. JSON and CSV files download through your browser to the location you choose. The site does not upload those files for you. Copying may require clipboard permission; declining does not prevent browsing.

Advertising, cookies, and third parties

This version does not load advertising or audience-analytics scripts. The ads.txt file and AdSense account meta tag declare the seller and support site verification; they do not themselves set advertising cookies. Cloudflare may still use technologies needed for delivery and security.

If Google advertising is enabled later, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and IP addresses to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, including using information about visits to this and other websites. Before serving ads, this notice will be updated and applicable consent choices will be provided through an appropriate consent platform. This page is not a claim that advertising consent has already been obtained.

You can manage personalization in Google’s ad settings and control cookies in your browser. External destinations apply their own privacy policies when you choose to visit them.

Choices and requests

You can use the generator without saving records, delete individual bookmarks, or clear this site’s browser data. When contacting the maintainer, describe the relevant page and request. Information you supply should be used only as needed to understand, respond to, or resolve that request and related security issues.

The service is intended for general software testing and learning, not collecting information from children. If personal information was submitted by mistake, check the contact page for feedback channel availability. Policy revisions will update this page; new advertising or data uses will be described before activation.
